The SS79HFD Safari Snorkel suitable for Toyota 70 Series Land Cruiser 4x4 Snorkel is designed to deliver a huge volume of the coolest and cleanest air possible into the stock air cleaner assembly of 03/2007 Onwards 4.5L Diesel 1VD-FTV engines.
With the huge air flow demands of each engine in the Toyota 03/2007 Onwards 4.5L Diesel 1VD-FTV 70 Series Land Cruiser, Safari took the decision to design a snorkel system that raised the air intake to prevent ingesting harmful elements to the vehicles air cleaner.
Huge air flow is but one aspect of the ultimate in snorkel design suitable for Toyota 70 Series Land Cruiser. The Safari snorkel air ram is designed to perform two very important roles. The most obvious is to funnel cool clean air into the snorkel body - but just as importantly, the Safari air ram acts as a highly efficient water separator to remove rain water from the incoming air stream - thus ensuring safe engine operation through even the most torrential tropical storms.

At AJF 4X4, we understand how important it is to get your gear quickly. We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as possible, with a target delivery timeframe of 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.
However, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. While we work hard to keep our stock levels accurate, there are times when items sell out faster than expected or our suppliers run out before our website can update. In these cases, your order may be placed on backorder, which can take up to eight weeks to arrive depending on the product and supplier.
These delays are outside of our control, and while we always do our best to keep customers informed, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing an order if you need an item urgently or by a specific date.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, especially if the shipping policy has not been read prior to purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to check availability and understand our terms before ordering.

Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return claim.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ajfrotorua@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- A return shipping label will be sent to you.
- Returns must be sent to:

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, minus the 30% restocking fee.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
